11. Engage

A walk towards Jesus begins with faith. Part of maturing that faith in Christ is by investing quality time towards understanding His plans for you, willingly accepting your call to use your spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities for His glory, and being able to express your personal experiences, wisdom, and knowledge and understanding of God’s word with others in a way that connects with them.

Reading about the life of Christ, what His teachings mean, and how to practice them in your daily life, are all part of growing and maturing your faith. When you relinquish your previous notions about your life to let your life be led by God’s Spirit you will find you can bring the Gospel of Jesus to others in a meaningful and impactful way. Because of your personal experiences in Christ, you will be able to share your conversion story and why you have such great faith in Jesus.

Begin with the suggested reading below and pray to the Holy Spirit to lead you into deeper wisdom, discernment, and knowledge. May God richly bless you as you give yourself into His loving arms.
